It's the biggest phenomenon since Lululemon pants. Everyone has tried online dating, or at least put their profile up for one reason or another. Let this be a lesson to you. Below is an actual transcript of what goes on in an online dating scenario. I have edited the name and email for confidentiality purposes. The idea here is that this guy is a freak. We'll call him Clemence. Clemence just does not give up. His obsession with this one fetish is getting the worst of this poor chap. The reason Clemence was singled out was because he started emailing a friend of my friend with this obsession that just won't quit. My buddy set up a fake account which caught Clemence eye so he started emailing the fake account. My parents and I were showing our guests from Thailand around Vancouver during

Garden in Richmond I am sure you know where that is just next to Parker Place
and inside Empire Centre, this is the best chinese restaurant in town and every
table per 10 people you know how much it cost?? At least $500 or more including
drinks and tips, so that price is for one table, well if you have 15 to 20
tables lets say you can do that Maths yourself how much you have to spend on
wedding dinner, not only that, then honeymoon, then wedding photos, cakes, gifts
etc etc. So it will be a fortune to have a wedding like that, a marriage needs
lots of time lots of preparation not can be done in one or two days, well when
you visit my house I will show you my brothers wedding
photo and also the wedding video too and you will see how it looks OK.

Well I send you such a long emails before and mention that I don't want to see
you work in that place, remember that is a strip club not an ordinary bar, I

I mean for me today I attend 2 meeting with one company selling fillters
together with me 2 other people also study at SFU, yes it is true that is tough
to find a good job, well any job is better than working in a club, well next
week I will start distribute empty bottle to households we assign to do then
collect water sample then bring back to office for experiment then tell those
people the results then encourage them to buy the products. Well it is a sales
job, well we start off as part-time and they pay us 8 hours a week $8 an hour,
well better than stay home do nothing, my other job as you know is $10 an hour
but that company right now business is slow so I have not work for them for 10
days already.
Well today I went with my brother to UBC Robson Square job fair, well nothing
much there just pass my resume to some big companies there like Future shop, The
Bay, Homeoutfiters, Zellers, Wendy, and there are also hiring VPD, RCMP,
Edmonton and Abbsford Police too. But I am not interested being a cop.
Anyways I hope you are not mad at me, I appolgize to you sorry doi ng chu to you
but sometimes you said I insult you which is not true, I just want to tell you
to change a better job, well if you are free sometime let me know so I can meet

I just watch Canucks on tv tonight they are winning now, well me and my friend
bet on sportsaction and we will win for $10 since each of us bet on $2 each $4

Well this basically concludes our Clemence story as these were all the emails I've received and it basically just fell apart with the whole thing dragging on forever. I think he got the hint with the pictures. Let this be a good lesson to you all: online dating has its caveats and you never know whose typing away behind the terminal (and what kinda fetishes they are into).
